How do I override the passed/failed value of an audit point in a report?

Our platform allows you to change an audit point’s passed/failed status. You may have a scenario or use case where you need to change the value of an automated audit point from passed to failed or vice versa. Doing this takes just a few seconds. STEP 1: Click on the Customize Report button on the audit dashboard. STEP 2: Scroll to the categories section on the audit report. STEP 3: Find the audit point you want to edit and hover the Pass/Fail tag. Change the status by selecting a different value from the dropdown. STEP 4: Click on the Save button in the top right.
