How does the Custom Notes Functionality work?

The My Web Audit custom notes functionality allows you to add personalized notes to the report. Personalizing the audit increases the effectiveness and relevancy of the information presented in it and its value, which in turn increases the probability of sales conversion. To add Custom Notes, follow the steps below. STEP 1: Log in to your My Web Audit add-on through your Chrome browser and open the desired website to be audited. STEP 2: Click on the My Web Audit add-on icon in Chrome. The My Web Audit add-on will automatically obtain information about the opened website. STEP 3: Look for a unique selling point not available on the opened website, such as Phone number or contact details. Open one of the audit points, such as User Experience, and edit any of its settings. Enter a unique selling point in the setting. When done, click Save. STEP 4: Visit the audit report and click on the feature you edited in Step 3. Under the Recommended Action section, you will see the unique selling point that was entered previously. Important Note: You can also carry out these steps via the app. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at support@mywebaudit.com.
