How to Install Audit Landing Page on Your Website?

The purpose of this document is to explain how to customize and install the Audit Landing Page to your website. Follow these steps to download the Audit Landing Page: STEP 1: Click on Lead Widget in the top left corner of your Dashboard or go to this page. STEP 2: Click the Add New Lead Widget button. STEP 3: Select from Fully Automated Audit or Manual + Automated Audit. STEP 4: Choose which audit/report you want to connect your landing page to. STEP 5: Choose between our two preloaded landing page templates. You may still switch templates later if you want. Please note: Website Audit lead widget has two landing pages templates and all other widgets have a single landing page template. STEP 6: Choose what action to be done when the audit form is submitted. STEP 7: Customize your landing page. See Audit Landing Page and Lead Widget Setup for more information on customizing your landing page. STEP 8: Once done, click on the Save & Download Template button at the lower-left corner of the page, and a modal will pop up. STEP 9: A zip file will be downloaded to your computer after you click on Save & Download Template button. Save the zip file in a location easily accessible. Currently, My Web Audit downloads the landing page in HTML format, which means it needs to be uploaded to your website via FTP, SFTP, cPanel, or other tools you use, to edit the files on your website. STEP 1: Extract the content of the zip file on your desktop. STEP 2: Connect to your server’s file manager. STEP 3: Create a folder at the root of your website. Let’s call it audit for demo purposes. STEP 4: Upload the content of the zip file to the newly created audit folder on your server. Your landing page will be visible on your website on the following URL: https://www.yourdomain.com/audit PS: The landing page contains the necessary CSS, JS, and images, and you can update the branding of the landing page by making the changes to the HTML and CSS as per your requirement.
