How to run an Accessibility Audit Report?

To run an Accessibility Audit Report, follow these steps: STEP 1: To run a website audit report in-app, click on the New Audit button on the Audit Dashboard. STEP 2: A screen with all available reports will appear. Select the type of audit you want to run. We will choose Accessibility Audit in this example. STEP 3: Enter the company name for which you want to perform the audit and click Add. You can also pick a company if you already ran an audit for them from the select existing company/organization dropdown. STEP 4: Enter the contact information. You can provide a name, email, and phone. Alternatively, skip this step by clicking Next. STEP 5: Enter the Website URL to perform the audit. Is the site Password Protected? If the website is password protected, you can set this to yes and enter the login credentials so we can crawl the protected site. The most common use case for this setting is when you want to audit a site in development before it goes live. STEP 6: Once done, verify the information you entered is accurate and click the Run Audit button. Our system will begin analyzing the accessibility for the entered URL. You will then be redirected to the Audit Dashboard, where a loader will appear for a few minutes till the audit is completed. Note: The audit will never be emailed to anyone during this step. Your next step should be to review the audit results and then use one of our done-for-you email templates to connect with your prospect or customer. Remember to deliver value before you sell. So unless you are slammed with leads and business, offer a strategy call or a free consultation session to cover the points you have uncovered vs. just emailing it over.
