Native Integrations — Integrate Pabbly

The purpose of this guide is to explain the process of how to integrate My Web Audit’s lead widgets with Pabbly. STEP 1: Create a new lead widget or edit an existing lead widget. Visit the Integrations tab and click on the Add Integration button. STEP 2: Search for Pabbly and click on the Add button. STEP 3: Get the API key from your Pabbly account. STEP 3.1: Login to your Pabbly account. STEP 3.2: Select Pabbly Email Marketing from the All Apps section. STEP 3.3: Click on the Integrations link in the sidebar, then click on the Developer API and copy the Bearer Token. STEP 4: Enter the account name and paste your Bearer Token in the API Key field. Click on the Connect Account button. STEP 5: After successfully connecting your Pabbly account, you will be redirected to the next screen, where you can complete the integration. Please note: You will be required to select a list in the next step. If you do not have any lists under your Pabbly account, see the steps defined below on how to create a new list in Pabbly. STEP 5.1: Click on the Subscribers in the sidebar, then click on the Create New List link. STEP 5.2: By default, the system generates a random title for the list. Click on the edit icon to update the title of the list. Change the title and click on the Update button. STEP 6: Select the list from the dropdown. STEP 7: Next, map the fields. Our app allows you to store the Website URL and Report URL. If you do not see the fields to map, you can create custom fields for any subscriber list under your Pabbly account. Please see the steps defined below. STEP 7.1: Click on the Subscribers menu in the sidebar and select a list. Next, click on the ellipses menu and then click on the Custom Fields. STEP 7.2: Click on the Add Custom Field to add new fields. STEP 8: Select the Website URL and Report URL fields from the dropdown. STEP 9: If you have enabled GDPR fields on your lead widget form, you will be able to map the fields for GDPR consent. STEP 10: If you have enabled the Custom Fields on your lead widget form, you will see the option to map them as well. STEP 11: Optionally, you can map the fields to store the UTM parameters in your Pabbly account. This way, if a user widgets on a page on your website with UTM parameters where you have My Web Audit’s lead widget installed, the lead widget will capture the UTM parameters and pass them to your CRM. STEP 11: Click on the Connect to Pabbly button. If you have any questions, please email support at support@mywebaudit.com.
