MWA Live - Audits

Photos & Video

A picture speaks a thousand words, so adding images or even videos to your audit reports can be an invaluable way to communicate your findings in a more captivating and engaging way to the reader of the audit report. Common examples of this would be to include a screenshot from Google search results or another tool you use in your agency. Video of customer testimonials or highlights from a case study. To add a picture or video to your audit report, please follow these steps: STEP 1: If you want the images or video to be added in a section to be included in all future audits that use a specific report template, you need to make the changes on the report template level. To get started, go to the Reports Builder section. Select the template you would like to edit and click on Customize. If you want to edit the audit points on an existing audit report, go to your Audit Dashboard, find the audit you would like to customize, hover over, and click on the Customize Report. Changes made on the audit level will only be reflected in the audit being edited. If you choose this option you will notice that your top left menu is a little different. It has additional options that allow you to preview your report, and download it in four different formats, a button that will allow you to run or re-run the manual assessment, and a share button. STEP 2: Click on the Edit icon next to the module where you want to add an image or a video. Please note photos and videos can only be added in specific areas of the report like the Foreword, Closure, and Recommended Actions section of the audits or when you add a new page to the report. Click here to learn more about adding a blank page to the report. STEP 3: Click on the image icon to insert an image or on the video icon to embed a video. STEP 4: After adding the image or the video, click on the green SAVE button in the editor toolbar to save your changes. If you have any questions, please click here to see how we can help.
