Why do Page Speed report scores differs from actual Google Lighthouse scores?

My Web Audit uses the official Google Lighthouse tool to collect and report the scores for any website. If you see differences in the scores on your report vs what you see in the Google Lighthouse tool, the following could be the reasons: Reason #1 You are comparing your My Web Audit’s page speed insights report scores with the last 28 days’ cumulative results vs. the current site statistics. The screenshot below shows the difference between the last 28 days’ cumulative scores vs. the current site scores. You should always compare your My Web Audit report scores with the Google Lighthouse tool scores shown in the 2nd box as shown below. Reason #2 There was a temporary issue with the Google Lighthouse API. You should try rerunning the audit. Please reach out to us if you have any questions at support@mywebaudit.com.
